The Corner Feet are included. Traction Handles are not included but can be added.

EZ Stretch Traction Handles NOT included but can be added.

These adds stability to an already very stable table. They increase the A-frame base by 20%, help to prevent sliding and protect floors.

These handles assist you in using your arms to enhance the traction effect. With the muscles in your back relaxed, pushing on the handles can help to increase traction and stretching.

One reason the EZ Stretch Traction Handles are a very good idea is that they make doing the oscillation - The Rocking Motion - Rhythmic Intermittent Traction very easy. Simply lay down flat on the table and when you want to rock up pull on the handles bend your knees and you will come up. The handles also make it possible to achieve the equivalent of a fully inverted stretch even while at lesser angles. The EZ Stretch Traction Handles are at the perfect position with your arms straight to be able to utilize the strongest upper body muscles to aid in your decompression therapy. Once you have used your table for a while your back will be relaxed and stretched out enough that you can add enough height by just pushing on the EZ Stretch Traction Handles to change your weight distribution on the inversion table to tilt backwards and create the rocking motion. Using the same muscles that a parallel bar gymnast uses you can elongate the spine and this stretch can create space so the disc can re-hydrate and the rocking motion will create a pumping action to stimulate circulation and regeneration of the discs. This is the theory and is seems to work in practice in a very high percentage of degenerative disc, herniated disc and ruptured situations.

One of the great values of the Teeter inversion tables is that they can be modified to be use with gravity boots. The F5000, F6000, F7000, F8000 and EP-550 Inversion Tables can be modified with the Adapter Kit. The Adapter Kit includes Gravity Boots and a CV Bar (conversion bar) to convert the standard ankle clamp assembly for use with the Gravity Boots. The Boots wrap just around the ankles and provide them with extra support and comfort; the Gravity Boots can also be taken with you on the road. With the Gravity Boots you can invert on any bar that meets the security requirements.

Enhance your stretching experience with the Teeter Hang Ups® F7000S Blem Inversion Table. In addition to all of the patented and unique features of our base model, the F7000S Blem is designed to include features that improve user-friendliness and effectiveness. EZ-Stretch Traction Handles can be added and provide added benefit to inverted stretching and decompression. The handles make it possible to achieve the equivalent of a fully inverted stretch even while at lesser angles. In addition, they can be used as a tool for intermittent traction and oscillation.

The benefits of inversion start at an angle of just 20 degrees and are fully realized at 60 degrees, which is equivalent to the angle of the A-frame rear legs. For the advanced user, full inversion provides an ideal way to mobilize the joints and perform inverted sit-ups or squats. Most people can receive the full benefits of inversion therapy without ever going to full inversion.

Although most people find the standard ankle clamps on the F7000 to be comfortable, some users may require additional support. Teeter Hang Ups offers the option to convert the F7000 for use with gravity boots. The optional Adapter Kit comes complete with Gravity Boots and the CV Bar needed to convert the table.

The F7000 Inversion Table folds compactly for storage in a closet or in a corner. The nylon mat can be removed for washing. The table comes with an instructional DVD and laminated owner's manua. The table comes about 85% pre-assembled and the DVD walks you through a simple assembly process and how to use the table.

Very very few inversion tables are returned to our company. Even though we sell to a very high percentage of people suffering with back problems our return rate is less than 1/2 of 1 percent.
